Mysore/Mysuru: The Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India, has launched a nationwide campaign for promotion of Digital Life Certificate for Central Government pensioners.

The awareness campaign will be held in Mysuru on Nov. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm for the pensioners at the State Bank of India (SBI), Mysuru Main Branch, Mothikhana building, New Sayyaji Rao Road (next to Banumaiah’s College), Mysuru.

All the pensioners (Central Government, Railways, Defence, State Government, etc.) can visit the Branch for submitting their Life Certificates through digital means. Earlier, the Life Certificates had to be submitted in physical form which caused delays for pensioners. Now, the Life Certificates can be submitted at the click of a button.
