Digital Life Certificate for disabled and bed-ridden pensioners

In its endeavour to improve the facility to pensioners, the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office (RO), Mysuru, had started an initiative to capture Digital Life Certificate (DLC) for Disabled and Bed-ridden pensioners and last year many senior citizens had availed the DLC facility.  Vinit Kumar, Regional PF Commissioner – I, Regional Office, Mysuru, has, in a press release, requested all such pensioners to send details (PPO number, Name of pensioner and residential address) to WhatsApp No. 78925-94813 so that the PF official can visit their residence for capturing DLC.

The pensioners are also requested to make use of FAT (Face Authentication) to update their DLC without visiting any Office/Bank or Common Service Centres (CSCs). The detailed process flow can be accessed by sending ‘HI’ message to RO Mysuru WhatsApp number 81056-45793 and then selecting option 20.
