 A debate (discussion) on Reformation in Electoral process and Voters participation, Prof. G.T. Ramachandrappa, UoM Political Science professor, will inaugurate, Dr. Y.D. Rajanna, President, District Kannada Sahitya Parishat, presides, Shivananda Sandanakera, Education Expert will be the chief guest, Parishat auditorium, Palace North Gate, 5pm.
