City’s R. Nagaraj of Income-Tax Dept., who won 55-plus Men’s Singles and Doubles titles in ITF Grade-III Seniors Tennis Championships held at Imphal in Manipur recently, is seen receiving the trophy from P.K. Singh, Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur.
