Dr. G.M. Shashidhar (58), a resident of Ramakrishnanagar in city, passed away in Bengaluru yesterday.

He was serving as Dean – Research at JSS Science and Technology University and Professor of Polymer Science and Technology Department at SJCE.

He leaves behind his wife Smitha, daughter Neha, son Srujan and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be performed at Chitradurga today.
