Dr. Manu Baligar in city tomorrow

Dr. Manu Baligar, President of Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Bengaluru, will be attending the valedictory function of Dr. L. Basavaraju Centenary Celebrations, which will be held at B.M. Sri auditorium, Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS), Manasagangothri, at 3 pm on Oct.18.
