Driver of newspaper transporting vehicle dies of heart attack

Kushalnagar: A driver of a goods vehicle, transporting newspapers, has died of heart attack at his house soon after he distributed newspapers to all centres yesterday.

The deceased is Rizwan (43), a resident of Madenadu near Madikeri. He leaves behind his wife, two children and a host of relatives and friends.

Yesterday morning, Rizwan brought newspapers from Mangaluru and after distributing them to all centres, he returned home when he complained of chest pain and collapsed at the house.

Family sources said that he (Rizwan) breathed his last while he was being taken to the Community Health Centre at Kushalnagar. Last rites were held at Madenadu.
