Dwarakanath (72), a life member of Mysore Grahakara Parishat (MGP) and a resident of Yadavagiri, passed away in the wee hours of today. He had served at Ballarpur Industries in Karwar and at a carpet industry in Sharjah.

He leaves behind brothers Subba Rao, Pradhan and Shankar Narayan, sisters Vijayalakshmi and Bhagyalakshmi and a host of relatives and friends. His wife, Uma had predeceased him.

Last rites were performed at Chirashanthidhama in Gokulam this morning.
