Prizes distributed to winners of Jain’s Rising Star

Mysuru – As part of Bhagawan Mahavir’s 2616th Janam Kalyanak, Mahaveer International Royals, a non-religious service organisation, had organised ‘Ek Shaam Prabhu Mahavir Ke Naam – Season 2’, a grand cultural evening at Kalamandira in city recently.

More than 30 singers and talented kids of Jain community exhibited their talents.

The event was inaugurated by H. Channappa, Assistant  Director,  Department of Kannada & Culture along with senior leaders of the community Tikamchand Vedmutha, Kailashchand Bhora, Uttamchand Batewara, Ajith Jain, Sampatraj Kothari and Mohanlal Kothari.

Mahaveer International Royals Chairman Hitesh Palrecha, Secretary Bharath Salecha, Project Directors Ritesh Gulecha & Praveen Jain, members Kapil Dhoka, Rahul Salecha, Akshay Vanigota, Kamlesh Palrecha, Dinesh Porwal, Manoj Kochar, Ramesh Jain, Nitesh Bhandari, Kiran Gulecha, Uttam Gulecha and dignitaries of Jain Samaj were present.

The event was hosted by Dilip Gadiya, Pooja Gulecha, Aravind Vohara and Bhavika H. Gala.

Special highlights of the  event was the results of the recently concluded Jain’s Rising Stars and the awards  presentation function.

Dance: Neel D. Jain bagged the first place followed by Hiya R. Jain and Ruchika Jain in the second and third place respectively.

Singing: Jaina S. Jain bagged the 1st place, Shraman Bhora – 2nd and Tushar Lunkar – 3rd.

Musical Instruments and Comedy category:  Heera K. Gulecha came first followed by Gunjan Metha and Deepan Shah in the second and third place respectively.
