Elderly woman’s chain snatched in Mysuru

Mysuru:  Miscreant has snatched the gold chain of an elderly woman at Alanahalli in city. The elderly woman, who lost her gold chain weighing about 20 grams, is 69-year-old Vimala, a resident of Yeraganahalli in city.

Vimala, who had been to her friend’s house, was walking near Galaxy Kalyana Mantap at Alanahalli to go back to her house, when a miscreant, who came from behind, reportedly snatched her gold chain and fled from the spot, according to Police.

A case has been registered at Alanahalli Police Station.
