Elderly woman’s chain snatched

Mysore/Mysuru: An elderly woman was robbed of her 35 gram gold chain in the city on Wednesday.

Padma, 60, a resident of Netajinagar, was on an evening  walk near Doctors Community Hall close to her residence at Netajinagar, when a bike-borne miscreant managed to yank off her chain and fled in a flash.

The jurisdictional Alanahalli Police have registered a case in this regard and are investigating.
