Mysuru: Rtn. A.R. Ravindra Bhat of Rotary Central Mysore has been elected as District Governor-Nominee of Rotary International (RI) District 3181. 

A Civil Engineer and Builder by profession, he is also the Director, Marketing and HR in Foundations Developers and Promoters, Mysuru. 

He joined Rotary Central in the year 2001-02 and became the President in 2010-11. In 2017-18, he served as Assistant Governor of Zone-7. Apart from this he has taken the responsibility in the District at various levels. 

Being the former State Chairman of Builders Association of India (BAI), Karnataka, he has served in BAI at various levels. He is the former Managing Trustee of Mysore Builders Charitable Trust (MBCT). 

Presently, he is the Hon. Secretary of Hotel Owners’ Association, Mysuru. He has served as Hon. Secretary of Hotel Owners’ Charitable Trust, Mysuru, during 2011-15.  He is also a Member of various other organisations like FKCCI – Karnataka, Chamber of Commerce – Mysuru, CREDAI – Mysuru, Indian Green Building Council, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and Red Cross Society of India, according to a press release from Rtn.
