Bengaluru: Arjun Ranga, CEO, N. Ranga Rao & Sons, Mysuru, has been elected as the President of All India Agarbathi Manufacturers Association (AIAMA) for 2020-2021 with effect from Feb.23.  Previously the Vice-President of the Association, he succeeds Sarath Babu. 

Arjun Ranga will be responsible for achieving the core purposes of the Association while working aggressively for the benefit and upliftment of the industry with policy-makers, Government bodies and industry peers. 

Speaking on his appointment, Arjun Ranga said, “The Agarbathi industry has made me who I am today. I am prepared to contribute as much as I can during my tenure to make this industry flourish not only domestically but also in the international market.”

Established in the year 1949, AIAMA has been working towards encouraging the growth of the Agarbathi industry and allied products in India. At present more than 700 Agarbathi manufacturers across India are members with AIAMA.
