Mysore/Mysuru: Six faculty members of Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE) have been elevated as Senior Members of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world’s largest technical professional organisation dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. 

The faculty members of the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering of VVCE, namely Dr. Chandrashekar M. Patil, Professor & Head, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Dr. M. Suchitra, Professor and four Associate Professors, Dr. A. Geethashree, Dr. R. Shilpa, Dr. K.V. Sudheesh and Dr. B. Jagadeesh, have been elected as Senior Members of IEEE very recently.

Senior Member is the highest grade for which IEEE members can apply.
