City Police Commissioner Dr. A. Subrahmanyeswara Rao will be the chief guest. Former Kuvempu University VC Dr. K. Chidananda Gowda will deliver the keynote address. HP authorised training partner M.L. Manohar will be the guest of honour. Malavalli Foundation Managing Trustee Prof. M.N. Shivaram will preside.
