Entries invited for Horticultural farmer and woman farmer award

The College of Horticultural Sciences, Mysuru, has invited entries from Horticultural farmers and woman farmers for presenting ‘Best Farmer’ award in  each of the 24 districts of the State that come under the jurisdiction of University of Horticultural Sciences, Bagalkot.  The selected farmers/farmer women will be conferred the award during  the three-day  Horticultural Mela-2021 to take place at Bagalkot with the theme ‘Horticulture for the Empowerment of Women’, from Dec. 22 to 24.

Accordingly, Horticulture farmers/ women farmers from Mysuru, Mandya and Chamarajanagar districts can collect the entry forms at the Horticulture College in Yalachahalli in Yelwal, Mysuru.  Entry  forms can also be downloaded from the college website  The entry forms, complete in all respects, must be submitted to the Dean, College of Horticultural Sciences, Yalachahalli, Yelwal, Mysuru-571130, before Nov.10.
