Dr. S.P. Balasubrah-manyam Me-morial State-level Singing Contest (all forms of singing) has been organised by Kannada Kalika Gana Kalavidara Vedike on May 19 from 2 pm to 6 pm at Namana Kalamantapa, Second Cross, near Ballal Circle, Krishnamurthypuram in the city.

Interested and upcoming talents in the following age groups can register, according to the respective age category: Children’s Category (4 years-16 years), Junior Category (16 years-40 years), Senior Category (40 years and above), Bharatanatyam, dance and mono acting for individuals.

A three-page travelogue on tourist spots in the State and  a short story can be sent to the collection of articles contest.

The participants of singing contest will be given certificates.
