Ethnic Walkathon tomorrow

Cardiological Society of India, Mysore Chapter, as part of World Women’s Heart Day, has organised an Ethnic Walkathon — Go RED global campaign — to spread awareness about heart diseases in women on Mar. 7 at 7.45 am from JK Grounds in city. Prior to the walkathon, a warm-up session will be held for 15 minutes by Dakshayini Gowtham, a dance fitness trainer.

An archery workshop in association with Tiger Adventure Foundation and Women in Cardiology for a Cause, for lady doctors to beat stress will also be held.

Meera Shivalingaiah, Chairperson of Red Cross Society, Mandya and Secretary of SBET Group of Institutions, will be the chief guest. Dr. Latha Muthanna, Senior Physician, will be the guest of honour.
