Abhiyenthararu National Theatre Festival, Dr. H.C. Boralingaiah, Chairman, Karnataka Janapada Parishat and former Vice-Chancellor, Hampi Kannada University, inaugurates the Festival, Shashidhar Bharighat, Member, Ranga Samaja, V.N. Mallikarjunaswamy, Joint Director, Kannada & Culture Department and Dr. M.D. Sudarshan, Assistant Director, Kannada & Culture Department, chief guests, 6.30 pm; Staging of Kannada play ‘Rama Krishna Shiva’ based on Lohia’s articles by Karavali Nirdiganta. Directed by Ganesh Mandarthi, Mini Theatre, Kalamandira premises, 7 pm.
