Rangappa, Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji                         graces the occasion, writer Dr. C. Naganna speaks about the book, UoM VC Prof. N.K. Lokanath presides, Institution of Engineers-India (IEI), JLB Road, 5.30 pm.
