Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s 131st birth anniversary, special lecture on ‘Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s view on Samanathe Swabhimana Swawalambane’,  University of Mysore (UoM) Law Professor C. Basavaraju delivers a keynote address, Chamarajanagar MP V. Sreenivasa Prasad inaugurates, Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies retd. Professor Dr. Nilagiri Talwar presides, UoM’s retd. Political Science Professor M. Umapati will be present, Vishwajnani auditorium, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Research and Extension Centre, Manasagangotri, 11 am.
