Inauguration of ‘Illuminate: Celebrating Engineering Excellence,’ Dr. Mylswamy Annadurai, Padma Shri awardee, popularly known as the ‘Moon Man of India,’ and Sudhanshu Mani, the innovator of Vande Bharat Express will be the lead speakers, Convocation Hall, Karnataka State Open University (KSOU)  premises, 10 am.
