Satyaprasad presides, District Sharana Sahitya Parishat President Dr. Helavarahundi Siddappa chief guest, Kannada Sahitya Kalakoota President M. Chandrashekar delivers keynote address, Karnataka Yakshagana Academy Member G.S. Bhatta will be present, Co-operator Jagadish Hebbar comperes, Vijaya Vittala auditorium, Saraswathipuram, 11 am.
