‘Vachana Sahitya Samrakshana Diwas’ commemorating birth anniversary of Dr. Phakirappa Gurubasappa Halakatti, District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa inaugurates the programme in the presence of Chief Minister Siddharamaiah and Animal Husbandry Minister K. Venkatesh, MLA K. Harishgowda presides, Mayor Shivakumar, MPs Pratap Simha, V. Sreenivasa Prasad and Sumalatha Ambareesh will be present, KIKS, Manasagangothri, 10.30 am.
