First South Zone Conference of Indian Academy of Biomedical Sciences (IABSCON-South Zone-2022) and International Symposium on ‘Translational Research,’ Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, UoM, inaugurates the event, Karnataka Rajyotsava and Padma Shri awardee Dr. C.N. Manjunath, Director of Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Bengaluru, delivers the keynote address, Prof. K.S. Rangappa, former Vice-Chancellor, UoM and KSOU,  Dr. Hari S. Sharma, University Medical Centre, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Prof. Abbas Ali Mahdi, King Georges Medical University, Lucknow and Prof. S.S.  Malini, Chairperson, DoS in Genetics and Genomics, who is also the Organising Secretary, will be present, Vijnana Bhavan, 12.30 pm.
