“Every innovation should be practical-oriented”

Mysore/Mysuru: “Whatever the innovations we take on, it should be practical-oriented and research should come out with analytical solutions for solving the problems,” said P.S. Ranganatha Swaroop, Founder and Managing Partner, Safecity Security Systems, Mysuru, who was the chief guest at the State-level Conference on “Business Education Research” organised by Vidyavardhaka First Grade College PG Centre in association with Vidyavardhaka Research Foundation and IQAC, recently.

Initially he spoke about his company which is involved in Building Management Solutions, namely, electronic security system, fire alarms etc. and  concluded saying that human relationship is very important for all of us.

Dr. S. Mari Gowda, Principal of the College, gave an insight about the topic of the Conference and the subject matter.

Gundappa Gowda, Hon. President, Vidyavardhaka Sangha, who presided, stressed on the need for research work to be undertaken by every faculty which will help the nation and the student community to build their future.

Prof. A. Balasubramanian, Department of Studies in Earth Science, Centre for Advance Studies, University of Mysore, shared his rich research experience. Shrishaila Ramannavar, Hon. Treasurer, Vidyavardhaka Sangha, was present on the occasion.

The programme started with invocation by Shreyas Kumar and Pooja Chandrashekar of M.Com final year. Dr. S. Ashwini, HoD, PG Centre, welcomed. Prof. S. Poornima. Assistant Professor, proposed a vote of thanks.  Dr. G.M. Rajeshwari, Associate Professor, compered. Prof. G. Prashanth Kumar, Assistant Professor, final year students of the PG Centre, participants from various Colleges, Research scholars and students were present on the occasion.
