Karnataka Sports Silambam Association had conducted State-level Stick Swing and Stick Fight Competition in which K. Manvitha of 5th std won the 2nd prize in Stick Fight (10 to 11 years category) and V. Vinyas of 6th std won 3rd place in both Stick Fight and Stick Swing championship (11years category). Both are the students of Rotary Mysore Brindavan School in city.
