Recently I had been to KSRTC advance reservation booking counter in Mysuru city for booking both to and fro reservation from Mysuru to Coimbatore and  vice-versa.

The lady staff in the counter was very informative and extended senior citizen concession though I had forgotten to seek the same, being first timer.

Further, I was surprised to see the reminder about the journey and mobile details of the bus crew on the journey On completion of the journey, I felt that really KSRTC is rendering excellent service.

l congratulate the staff and the organisation for their wonderful and pleasant service.
