Neeharika Thangamma, a native of Kodagu and resident of Mysuru, who participated in the Indian Golf Union YES Bank Army Ladies & Junior Girls Championship-2017 held at Delhi between Sept. 19 and 22, secured 3rd position in Category B with an overall aggregate score of 249.

In the overall All India Category A, B & Ladies, she is tied 11th along with Roshni Yadav and Tanishka Kumar of Delhi.

In all, 54 participants from various parts of the country participated in the event.
