M.V. Jeevitha Ganga, a student of Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala, Saraswathipuram, has secured 2nd place in Kata (11-12 years) and third place in Kumite (41-45 kgs) at the State-level Dasara Sports Meet Chief Minister’s Cup – 2019 Karate Competition organised under the aegis of Dasara Mahotsava Committee, Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports (DYES), Karnataka Sports Authority and Dasara Sports Sub-Committee at Yuvaraja’s College Indoor Stadium. She is the daughter of Preeti and Vishwas, residents of Dattagalli. Jeevitha is seen receiving the certificate from Karnataka Sports Karate Association Secretary G. Keerthi as (from left) Siddaraju, Kyoshi Shivdas and Sensei Munendra look on.
