Yeashas N. Kashyap, an 8th standard student at Sadvidya Semi-Residential School, has bagged 2nd prize in Instrumental Music (Flute) Contest organised by Vivekananda Institute of Indian Studies (VIIS), an initiative of SVYM and Swaralayam Arts Forum, Houston, USA, on the occasion of 13th Annual Sulochana Pattabhiraman Utsavam in the institute premises in Hebbal. A student of Smitha Srikiran in flute and Vid. M.S. Naveen in vocal, Yeashas is seen receiving the certificate from mridangist V. Ramesh, Kathak dancer Dr. Rohitha Eswer and Sudarshan of VIIS.
