Mysuru: An expo of pencil sketches of Kannada film industry personalities covering actors, actresses, directors and music directors, brought out by artist M.B. Mallikarjuna, underway at Mysore Art Gallery on Ramanuja Road here, will conclude today at 6 pm.
The film personalities include Dr. Rajkumar, Dr. Vishnuvardhan, Shankar Nag, Subbaiah Naidu, Pandari Bai, Kalpana, Manjula, Lokesh, Vajramuni, Gubbi Veeranna, Thoogudeepa Srinivas, Sridevi, Dheerendra Gopal, Sampath Kumar, M.P. Shankar, K.S. Ashwath, Rathnakar, Mysore Lokesh, Nagappa, P.B. Srinivas, C. Ashwath, Puttanna Kanagal, Siddalingaiah and others. As a special feature, a sketch of Rashtrakavi Kuvempu was also included in the list.
Theatre artiste Mandya Ramesh inaugurated the exhibition on Mar.23. Sculptor L. Shivalingappa presided. former Minister S.A. Ramdas was present.
Artist Mallikarjuna said that he could not get an opportunity to exhibit the pencil sketches at Chitra Santhe in Bengaluru and expressed happiness for getting a chance here in Mysuru.
