Export centres at Head Post Office

To encourage Small and Medium Industries and Export Industry, Export Centres have been opened at the Head Post Offices in Saraswathipuram and on Ashoka Road (Irwin Road) where entrepreneurs may avail the facilities. Entrepreneurs can apply online by providing related documents including details of export items, affidavit etc. They can apply by visiting DOC-NIRYAT portal (https://dnk.cept.gov.in/customers.web/). Previously they could apply only at Head Post Office in Bengaluru.

A parcel weighing upto 32-kg could be exported at once. Any number of parcels can be sent. Those who wish to export their parcel may send it from the above two Head Post Offices. If there are more number of parcels, a facility of picking up them from their respective houses is also available.
