Eye camp for journalists begins

Mysore/Mysuru: A four-day eye-screening camp for Journalists and their family members, organised by Mysuru District Journalists Association (MDJA), in association with ASG Eye Hospital, began at ASG Eye Hospital located on N.S. Road near Siddappa Square here this morning. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Pavan V. Joshi, with MDJA President S.T. Ravikumar, being the first Journalist to undergo eye check-up, conducted by Dr. T. Roshan.

Dr. Vini Badlani, the centre Manager Vijayan Francis, MDJA Vice-President Anurag Basavaraj, General Secretary M. Subramanya, office-bearers Dharmapura Narayan, Rangaswamy, R. Krishna, Krishnoji Rao and Machamma Mallige, senior journalists Pragathi Gopalakrishna and Udayakumar were present.

The camp will be open from 10 am to 7 pm on all the four days and Journalists are appealed to make best use of this free eye-check up camp, which concludes on July 19. For details, contact Mob: 96002-32356.
