Falling tree branches causing problems to residents of DVC Layout

September 1, 2021

Mysore/Mysuru: Frequent falling of twigs and branches of trees on the road adjacent to Amma Complex at DVC Layout in Ramakrishnanagar E&F Block is causing a lot of problems to the residents especially motorists who travel on this road risking their lives.

“Twigs and branches of the trees on this particular road are falling frequently and motorists and pedestrians are now travelling on this road with constant fear. A few people have narrowly missed getting injured from the falling branches,” said the residents.

The residents have urged the authorities concerned to prune the branches and remove weak and dry branches as they may fall on school children, senior citizens and others, who pass on this road daily.
