Mysuru/Mysore: A 34-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging self following family feud at Lakshmikanthanagar in Hebbal yesterday afternoon.

The deceased is Rashmi, wife of Anandrao. They were married for eight years and have a six-year-old daughter.

Since a few days, the couple had differences in opinion which had led to fights between them and depressed over this, Rashmi may have committed suicide, suspect Police.

Murder suspected

Meanwhile, Rashmi’s father suspecting that her daughter may have been murdered, has lodged a complaint requesting the Police to conduct a thorough investigation.

The Police, who have registered a case of suicide, are investigating.
