A three-day Horticultural Conference will be held at the University of Horticultural Sciences (UHS), Bagalkot, from Feb. 10 to 12, 2024, with the theme ‘Drought Resilient Horticulture.’ As part of the Conference, the Horticulture College at Yelwal in Mysuru taluk has invited entries from Horticulture farmers (men & women) from each of the 24 districts of the State coming under the jurisdiction of the University, for conferment of ‘The Best Horticulture Farmer’ award. Accordingly, Horticulturists from Mysuru, Mandya and Chamarajanagar districts can download the prescribed form the website uhsbagalkot.karnataka.gov.in and submit the filled-in form, along with supporting documents, to the Dean of the Horticultural College, Yelwal, Mysuru, before Jan. 1, 2024, before 5 pm.
