Mysuru: Samridhi presents yet another exciting exhibition at Hotel Southern Star in city on July 25. Mysureans, grab the most amazing sarees by Thangam Mathai from Chennai and Shamini Patel’s jewellery from Baroda.

Jewellery designer Shamini Patel’s label Shamini is a collection of hand-crafted gold-plated silver pieces with unique blend of shapes, textures and unusual combination of semiprecious stones. It’s subtle yet bold in its design.

For Chennai-based designer Thangam Mathai, a saree is more than six yard fabric. It’s a canvas that she uses to flaunt her creativity.

Thangam who has been designing sarees for the past 35 years and has grown to be a much sought after designer, all thanks to her inherent skill for design, her passion, dedication and willingness to push the envelope.

This July, she will be paying homage to French artist Yves Kleins experimentation by presenting a series of YK sarees.

The expo will be open from 10.30 am to 8.30 pm, says Samridhi organiser Geeta Patel.
