Mysore/Mysuru: The newly formed Federation of Dakshina Kannada and Coastal District Associations will be inaugurated at a programme to take place at Kalamandira on Hunsur road at 10.30 am tomorrow (Oct.30).

Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, Federation President Gracian Rodrigues said that the Dakshina Kannada District Association has been active in Mysuru for the past 27 years under the leadership of Sudhakar Shetty. Now a Federation comprising Associations and organisations of Coastal Districts of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada Districts which are functioning at Mysuru, has been formed.

Mayor Shivakumar and noted Music Director Gurukiran will inaugurate the Federation, Rodrigues said. From 1 pm onwards, 10 teams will participate in the comedy contest  Baletelipale. For more details, call Mob: 94810-20048.
