Felicitation to Dr. C. Basavaraju at Senate Bhavan tomorrow

Dr. C. Basavaraju Felicitation Committee has organised a felicitation ceremony at Senate Bhavan, University of Mysore (UoM), at 10.30 am tomorrow (May 25) to honour Dr. C. Basavaraju, Vice-Chancellor, Karnataka State Law University, who is retiring as UoM Professor. Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Karnataka High Court Judge Justice T.G. Shivashankare Gowda and UoM VC Prof. N.K. Lokanath will do the honours. Retd. Professor and writer Dr. Pradhan Gurudatta, UoM and KSOU former VC Prof. K.S. Rangappa, social worker M. Venkataram, Bangalore University former VC Prof. K.R. Venugopal, National Law Institute University (Bhopal) former VC Prof. V. Vijayakumar and Journalist Amshi Prasannakumar will be the chief guests. Kuvempu University (Shivamogga) former VC Prof. P. Venkataramaiah will preside.
