Mysuru: Activist Snehamayi Krishna has hailed the Government’s cancellation of MUDA’s 50:50 sites as a victory for his struggle.

He noted that the annulment of 1,100 illegal allotments made after March 2023, valued at nearly Rs. 2,000 crore, and the order to reclaim them for MUDA are welcome steps.

However, Krishna stressed that irregularities have plagued MUDA since as far back as 2000 and gained momentum from 2019 onwards. He declared that his fight would not stop until all sites allotted under 50:50 ratio, including those given to former CM Siddaramaiah’s wife Parvathi, are taken back by MUDA.

He demanded legal action against all those involved in the scam. “This struggle will continue until accountability is enforced,” Krishna said, while thanking all those who supported him directly and indirectly in the campaign against the alleged scandal.
