Financial assistance for Yatra pilgrims

The Social Welfare Department has invited applications from Yatra pilgrims belonging to ST community to avail financial assistance for visiting Deeksha Bhoomi at Nagpur in Mumbai to take part in Dhammachakra Pravartan Din (Dhamma Wheel’s Promulgation Day) from Oct. 3 to 5.

Yatra pilgrims must be permanent residents of Karnataka. Rs. 5,000 will be the financial assistance. Interested may apply by clicking Deeksha Bhoomi Yatra link by logging on to Social Welfare Department website https://sw.kar.nic.in/index.aspx before Sept. 26.
