Financial assistance to minority students

The Minority Welfare Department has invited applications from minority community students pursuing B.Ed and D.Ed courses to provide financial assistance. Minority community (Muslim, Christian, Jain, Sikh, Buddhist and Parsi) students pursuing BEd (recognised by National Council for Teacher Education) and DEd courses (recognised by Department of State Educational Research and Training) in Government/Government-Aided/Private Colleges will be provided a financial assistance of Rs. 25,000. Students can contact Department of Minority Welfare, Maulana Azad Bhavan, Shobha Garden, opposite Dandi Maramma Temple, Mysuru-Bengaluru Road, before Dec. 24.
