Mysore/Mysuru: The first-ever Parent-Child Quiz was organised in the city recently under the banner of Kwiz Kutumba 2025 by BASE Educational Services.

The quiz was held in Junior and Senior categories, with families showcasing teamwork and sharp quizzing skills. The following are the prize winners:

Junior Category: Parnika Rao (NPS International) & parent (winner); Aarohi S. Torgal (Vidya Vardhaka School) & parent (1st Runner-Up); Sharanya Prabhu (East West School) & parent     (2nd Runner-Up).

Senior Category: Rohan Samhith (Adarsha Vidyalaya) & parent (winner); Shashank Keshav Rao (Kautilya Vidyalaya) & parent (1st Runner-Up); Arham A. Faruqi (St. Arnold Central) & parent (2nd Runner-Up).

All finalists received trophies and cash prizes, with Rs. 25,000 awarded to the winners of                                                  each segment.

Dr. Amit Hegde, Conservationist and Research Scientist  – Centre for Wildlife Studies, who was the chief guest, spoke about how we can draw life lessons from nature.
