M. Raju from Mysuru has won first place in the State-level Bench Press Competition held at Davangere on Nov. 11 by lifting 93-kg weight and got selected for the National-level Power-lifting Competition to be held in Visakhapatnam in January.
Raju is training under K. Vishwanath at Dragon Gym.
