B.R. Poojashree, a student of Teresian College, Mysuru, has secured the First Rank in MA English from the University of Mysore (UoM). She has won four Gold Medals and three Cash Prizes. She is seen receiving the Certificate from Governor-Chancellor Thaawarchand Gehlot (in red) and UoM VC Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar (in blue) during the 101st Convocation held at Crawford Hall in city recently. Others seen are UoM Registrar Prof. R. Shivappa (extreme left) and Higher Education Minister Dr. C.N. Ashwathnarayan (extreme right). She had bagged a Gold Medal in Journalism and Cash Prize in Optional English in BA English from Kuvempu University.
