A brace by left-in Shoaib Jr. (28, 59) and a goal by centre-half Ibaad (1st) helped Shivaji FC to register a 3-1 win over Metro FC in the MDFA ‘C’ Division Football League 2019-20 for the Chirag Trophy played at the University Grounds here yesterday.

RESULTS

Sunday’s Match — Shivaji FC: 3 (Ibaad 1, Shoaib Jr. 28, 59) bt Metro FC: 1 (Sumukh 48).

Saturday’s Match — Friends Union: FC 2 ( Hemanth 24, Badri 58) drew with Spirited Youth FC: 2 (P. Pradeep 28, K. Pradeep 48).
