Lion FC and KR Mill FC were involved in a 1-1 drawn encounter in the MDFA ‘B’ Division Football League 2018-19 for the Govindaraju Memorial Trophy played at the University Football Grounds yesterday.

Ganapathy scored for Lion FC in the 21st minute, while the equaliser for KR Mill came in the 45th minute from left-out Rio Galwin. Both the team secured a point each out of this draw tie.

Earlier, the Tournament was inaugurated by Dr. P. Krishnaiah, in-Charge Director, Department of Physical Education, University of Mysore.
