Football: Narrow win for Citizen FC

A self goal by Faraz (55th) and a goal by centre-forward Praveen (59th) helped Citizen FC to register a narrow 2-1 win over East Mysore FC in the MDFA ‘C’ Division Football League 2019-20 for the Subramanyaswamy Memorial Chirag Trophy played at the University Grounds here yesterday.

RESULT — Citizen FC: 2 (Faraz – self goal, 550, Praveen 59) bt East Mysore FC: 1 (Suhas 15).
