Foreign student killed as car rams into road divider

Mysuru: A 25-year-old foreign student from Iran was killed on-the-spot while another occupant of the car sustained severe injuries when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a road divider near St. Joseph’s College here on Sunday night.

The deceased has been identified as Donia. She was pursuing her Dental course at Farooqia Dental College in Tilak Nagar here while the injured is Hameed Sabet, who has been admitted to a private hospital in city.

Based on the complaint by Hameed, V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case and are investigating.
